Trente et Quarante was created in 2015 by three enthusiasts who gave themselves the mission to explore these unjustly forgotten terroirs. Constantly crisscrossing the region, they hunt the best casks from the most famous producers. Their blends mixing several brandies from different terroirs and distillations offer new expressions of Calvados, rich and original. The most exceptional casks are marketed in the form of exclusive single cask bottling to preserve their documentary value to the maximum. This bold approach is supported by a rigorous selection and classification process for brandies.

Trente et Quarante propose a transversal mapping of Calvados supported by a range that highlights the four key stages of the birth of a great brandy: the manufacture of ciders, distillation, aging and assembly.
