Casanis

Casanis Pastis was created in Bastia, Corsica in 1925 by the Corsican Emmanuel Casabianca, who later crossed the Mediterranean Sea and moved to Marseille.

Casanis’ dual origins are now reflected in the two shields depicted on its label and its special production process. Casanis is the only Pastis resulting from the slow distillation of green aniseed and star anise, an infusion of liquorice, and enrichment with numerous, carefully selected, spices and aromatic plants. This unique recipe gives it its finesse and light, floral flavor.
