Domaine des 5 autels

Committed to their status as owner-harvesters, Domaine des 5 Autels has been harvesting apples from their organically-farmed orchards for over 50 years. Before pressing, the apples are rigorously sorted and washed to ensure that only the finest fruit is kept.

The Maitre de Chai then "burns" this calvados in our column still, using a selection of organic ciders. The resulting eau de vie is then aged in Limousin oak barrels. It takes on its natural color over the years, with no added coloring agents.
