EGIAZKI was born in 2014 but it took more than a year to find the perfect recipe. We planted 3ha of prunelliers on the heights of our village and in December 2015 the patxaran EGIAZKI was marketed for the first time. We have become the biggest artisanal producer of Iparralde.
