... Or more precisely from Saint-Gilles, a short distance from the Roman city, since this is where Ingrid Lopez and Numa Cornut live, on the grounds of the family vineyard, Château Guiot. Both great fans of gin and strong of their wine experience, they decide a few years ago to embark on this new adventure with the essential conviction to work with organic raw materials and high quality, starting with the basic alcohol, vinous, from "Grap'Sud'' Their recipe has been refined over time but with always the unique vision of being inspired by their environment, at the gates of the Camargue.
