Deeply attached to our Cognac lands, in six generations of wine growers, our family has faithfully preserved the values initiated by Augustin VALLET, the first of the name. It is this transmission from father to son that guarantees the continuity and progression of our know-how. As current representatives of the lineage, we consider ourselves as explorers and passionate lovers of taste.

Totally independent, we control the totality of our production in order to meet our qualitative and gustatory requirements. Proud to be one of the few family-run wineries to sell all its production in bottles, we have the duty and the will to keep our traditions alive through the elaboration of ever more technical and qualitative eaux-de-vie.
