Soleia Nice

Founded in 2021, Soleia Nice is an artisanal liqueur maker on the Côte d'Azur whose mission is to create liqueurs that express the natural aroma of the region's excellent fruits.

The liqueurs are characterized by their body and the intensity of the fruit's natural aroma.

The quality of the liqueur lies in the selection of organic fruits from this land and its 300 days of annual sunshine. It should be noted that the fruits, the work of nature alone, are grown without fertilizers or treatment in their natural habitat.

The fruits are placed in vats immediately after harvest to reveal the aroma in its original state at the time of tasting. The alcohol content remains around 36–40% to preserve and convey the aroma in all its nuances. They can be drunk neat over ice as a digestif, and their intensity lends itself to making cocktails.
