Vrignaud

The Vrignaud Distillery was founded by Henry Aimé Vrignaud in Luçon in 1812.

In those days, Luçon’s commercial port was flourishing and ships unloaded fruits, plants and spices from all over the world. Ideal for a distiller and liqueur maker.

From medals to trophies, this small distillery has succeeded in acquiring a global renown for its unique know-how. With iconic products such as the Kamok, it is part of the cultural heritage of Vendée and of the identity of the region.

When the Mourat family decided to start this great adventure, they wanted to dust off the image of the Vrignaud brand by updating iconic products on the spirits and mixology markets.
A tremendous work was initiated to meet the the needs of the growing spirits market, to understand and meet consumers ‘expectations, while emphasizing the true essence of the products that had made its renown and identity.
