AGENT DOUBLE Fusion (55%)

This unique white rum is produced by co-fermenting molasses and cane juice. These raw materials are distilled together to create a 100% Isautier creation.

Harvested, co-fermented, and distilled in 2021, this vintage was aged in an inert container (stainless steel vat) for 2.5 years.

The initial nose is smooth and sweet, and upon aeration, it gives way to fresh and spicy notes (mint, licorice) and salty, almost briny notes.

The palate is soft, full-bodied, and silky, with notes of both sweetness and freshness, and hints of bakery. The finish is persistent: a blend of sweetness and freshness.
