On the nose, this whiskey is expressive, it has finesse and a certain elegance on spices such as pepper and cardamom. In the mouth, it is the tension between spice and freshness that prevails, with a good length. The promise on the nose is therefore kept on the palate. Finally, 3 years of aging, 50% of the blend in new American oak barrels, 50% in bourbon barrels. Refining in Mizunara Japanese oak barrels for 1 year is required for this product.
