Grape variety: Baco 22 A, Folle-blanche
Local soil: Sandy clay soil
Vinification: Low temperature vinification. The wine is very low in alcohol and is distilled quickly after the end of fermentation.
Distillation: With a continuous traditional still, at a low degree (52/54°): to retain most of the wines’ flavours.
Aging: White spirit distilled just after the vinification and which has not been in wooden cask.
No dilution, still proof
Details: Blend of two grape varieties, the proportion of which changes every year. Vintage Blanche.
