DARTIGALONGUE 15 ans (40%)

This assembly is the spearhead of the Dartigalongue House, and perfectly illustrates the house style: freshness and greed.

Assembly of 15 years minimum, composed of the grape varieties Baco, Ugni-Blanc and Folle Blanche. The ageing is carried out in Gascon oak barrels with strong heating, in dry cellar during the first years, then in wet cellar.

Aromas of vanilla pastry, candied orange, currant grape, sandalwood. This blend is round, generous, fruity, and has a superb complexity for its age. It goes perfectly with desserts such as tarte Tatin, cannelés de Bordeaux or apple croustade.
