ELEVAGE : 100% wet cellar on clay - 100% Gascon oak, medium and high toast.

ASSEMBLY: Vintages aged between 5 and 10 years.

TASTING NOTES: Nose: delicate fruity and floral notes Taste: clean attack but controlled power - aromas of yellow fruit and vanilla with subtle woody and spicy notes on the finish. A delicious, well-balanced blend.
