DARTIGALONGUE Un-Oaked (43,2%)
The Appellation BLANCHE ARMAGNAC enables us to enhance the value of our eaux-de-vie even before they are placed in oak barrels. Armagnac's column distillation system produces low-degree eaux-de-vie (58% vol.) that are highly aromatic and full-bodied: an asset of the Armagnac appellation that remains little-known!
APPELLATION :
Blanche Armagnac
TERROIR :
Sand-lime soils of Bas-Armagnac.
VARIETIES :
Baco 22A, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche

Gradual reduction in degree to 43.2, then stabilization in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 3 months, hence the name "UN-OAKED": not aged in oak barrels.

Nose: subtle aromas of pear, apple and white flowers.
Palate: very full, unctuous texture, sweet almond finish.
