Tasting notes : On the nose, juniper berries give way to herbaceous notes, green tea and white flowers. This is where the acacia ageing comes into its own, giving it its lovely thatch colour. Delicately spicy and floral touches give this wine a delicate, smooth finish. Its zesty finish makes it particularly refreshing.
