GABRIEL BOUDIER Crème De Cassis (20%)

Produced in limited quantity due to the limited access to exceptional barrels, this Heritage Whisky is an blend of three unpeated French distillates distilled, aged in three types of casks: the majority having contained old Cognacs, French new oak barrels from Limousin and new oak barrels. The blend is then aged exclusively in ex-very old Cognac barrels.

Tasting notes:

- Nose: complex, balanced and elegant aromas of old Cognac oak.

- Palate: after a frank attack, a balance between power and roundness, pear and candied fruit flavors.

Heritage has been awarded double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2019 in "Other Whiskies" category. It is the only French Whisky with this distinction.
