The sea fennel and the dulse are the two plants harvested on the Breton coast that provide the H2B gin its marine soul.
The plants that enter the recipe are macerated in vats in a traditional way to extract their aromas as gently as possible.
The distillation is carried out with bare fire in a Stupfler still known worldwide for its exceptional quality. By combining ancestral know-how with the «new generation» gins universe, we obtain a pure and elegant distillate with authentic marine notes.
