MEZENK Dry Gin aux Botaniques d'été (40%)

Description This was the first spirit to be distilled by Mezenk, and it made its debut in Pierre, the larger of the two stills. This gin is produced in small batches, in the "craft" spirit. Its recipe highlights the plants and botanicals harvested in summer on the slopes of the Auvergne volcanoes and Mont Mezenc. Elegant yet complex and powerful, it reflects the character and authenticity of its mountain terroir.

Aromatic profile On the nose, there are notes of blueberry, complex and harmonious botanicals, lemon and menthol, very pleasant and elegant. The palate is full-bodied, rich and spicy, with floral and citrus nuances, a slight bitterness balanced just right, and a long, lingering finish with aromas of zan mingling with juniper. A great gin, powerful without being exuberant, elegant and racy.
