ORUZA Dry Gin (42%)

This fully organic dry gin is distilled by hand in a Stupfler® column still, which gives it great aromatic finesse. It combines French wheat alcohol, Camargue rice, juniper berry, Timut pepper, coriander, bergamot, verbena and orange blossom. This recipe combines spices from here and elsewhere, citrus fruits and the roundness of the rice. Appreciated in a cocktail or plain by the enlightened connoisseur.

Colour : Colourless translucent

Nose : Powerful and balanced, the juniper lets the citrus and floral notes speak for themselves.

Palate : Frank attack on juniper and bergamot, Timut pepper expresses its notes of grapefruit.

Ample mouth where citrus fruits and orange blossom develop.

Finish : Very nice length where the spicy finish expresses itself.
