TWELVE Basalte (48%)


Two years in a wet cellar, with climatic variations (Presbytery), in a butt of pedro ximenez (Gonzales Byass), a cask ex-rum Rare Jamaica-Barbados, and four new barrels of 110 liters made to measure. A year in four barrels of Sauternes in a cellar with a stable temperature (Convent).

NOSE: Dominated by aromas of dried fruits such as walnut, slivered almond or dry grapes. Presence of woody notes as well as a touch of honey and compounded plum that complete this complex nose.

PALATE: Ample and greedy. Its attack is frank, with a rich and creamy medium of mouth.

FINAL: Long and elegant, the finish opens with notes of dried fruits and nuts.
