Very fine, slightly smoky nose, with notes of dried fruit, cocoa, fir honey and toast. The nose develops more peppery and earthy aromas. Notes of soot and fresh ash appear later.

Oily on the palate, with notes of fresh ash, grilled cocoa and tobacco leaf. The peat remains delicately present.
