1845 Liqueur (43,34%)

1845 is a plant-based liqueur from Maison Génestine, distilled from over 80 plants and spices. The liqueur is aged in glass-walled barrels in the underground cellars of Clermont-Ferrand. The barrels are toasted and then assembled before bottling. The barrels are never completely emptied, to benefit from perpetual aging. This is an exceptional liqueur produced in small quantities.
