The organic gin of the Distillerie du Mont Blanc could only be a London Dry Gin: a distilled gin without any addition after distillation unlike a gin obtained by a simple mixture of alcohol, sugars and aromas. Exceptional silky and aromatic juniper explosion with a complex botanical bouquet. Juniper berries are at the heart of the spirit of this gin but they are married to a bouquet of spices and plants, from here and elsewhere, which gives it a strong personality.The distillation is made in Alambic Stupfler, known worldwide to deliver very silky alcohols of great elegance. To perfect the result, the maturation and reduction will be done very slowly over several weeks, with very pure and very little mineralized water from the glaciers of Mont Blanc.
