BIELLE Brut de fût 2014 (57,80%)
Bielle know-how in its raw state!
Nose: Lemon tart followed by little orangettes and model glue.On the second nose, we find maritime and the good smell of homemade marzipan.
.Mouth: Spicy (cinnamon, clove), vinous (walnut, honey, verjuice) and some woody bitterness (licorice bark also makes an appearance. This is followed by a Florilège of citrus (pomelos, orange supreme), sabayon (BB barrel?) ...The perfect compromise between tension and greed.
Final: On elderflower, lemon blossom...what a beautiful bouquet ...but also and again sabayon. In short: a success.
