Bielle's Canne Grise cuvée is a vintage eau de vie made from pure, single-varietal sugarcane: Canne Grise. Native to the island of Barbados, its slow, rigorous growth makes it drought-resistant. This makes Canne Grise particularly well-suited to the island of Marie Galante, where Distillerie Bielle is located. This white rum made from Canne Grise is quite singular: fruity and gourmand, full of marine freshness and terroir!
