Martine Brana has chosen to innovate by creating a Gin with Espelette Pepper. Once macerated, the ingredients of the recipe are distilled in small batches in our copper still.

Nose : Intense, aromatic, fresh, with both fruity and spicy notes

Taste : Aromatic reflection of the nose where the freshness brought by my selection of plants is combined with the strength of spices. Their association gives a very harmonious Gin: full, complex, round, both tonic and fresh.

Finish: Harmonious and discreetly spicy.
