Cœur de l'Isle is a 100% local barley new make, the result of a special partnership with the Isle-sur-la-Sorgue agricultural school.
Made from the "Lauréate" barley variety and distilled twice in our copper still, this cuvée is aged in a demi-John to preserve all the freshness and elegance of its delicate aromas of pear, stone fruit, exotic fruit and cereals.
Rich, oily, and complex, this spirit reflects our deep commitment to the quality of the raw material, our long fermentation processes, and the care taken with double distillation in our pot still.
