GRANDE GENTIANE (17,17%)

Grande Gentiane is a gentian liqueur produced by Maison Génestine. The plants used in its manufacture grow on the heights of Saint-Flour in the Cantal region of France. Gentian plants are grown naturally, without chemicals. This liqueur is made from freshly picked roots. So much so that maceration begins the very next day after picking. The water used for infusion is filtered to make it as pure as possible. A month later, the maceration liquid is mixed with wine alcohol. It is then reduced with water and sugar until the desired flavours are obtained. Bottling is then carried out without filtration. As you can see, Maison Génestine's Grande Gentiane is a gentian liqueur made as naturally as possible.
