“Insulae 002” pays homage to Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the birthplace of our project. The result is a harmonious blend of three barrels: one ex-cognac cask, one ex-bourbon cask, and one barrel of white wine from the Rhône Valley. “Insulae 002” is round and powerful, with aromas of candied orange and fruit in syrup intertwining for a long, delicious finish.
