Powerful attack on notes of garrigue, aromatic plants and derésineux. Second nose more subtle. Notes of fresh herbs and pepper.

Taste: Explosive start, fresh, peppermint and thyme aromas. Then comes spicy flavours and a bitterness close to absinthe. Long finish with notes of ginger supported by a more delicate bitterness.
