LACHANENCHE Gin (40%)

Nose: Powerful and complex on a plant dominant. Citrus notes (lime/kumquat) balanced by spicy touches of pepper and pine resin.

Palate: Rather round attack or expresses the floral notes of rose and elderberry flowers leaving place little by little with the bitterness of juniper and notes of spices. The finish is long and lets fully express the strong character of our mountain juniper.
