LACHANENCHE Menthe (30%)

Nose: Very fresh and frank attack on notes of spearmint (vegetal). Second nose slightly spicy (pepper, camphor, liquorice).

Palate: Immediate sensation of mint freshness. Medium mouth more vegetal recalling flavors of chopped mint leaves. Final on warmer notes of spices followed by a slight bitterness at the end of the tasting (cocoa, camphor) which contributes to the aromatic persistence.
