LACHANENCHE Pastis (45%)

Nose: Subtle, delicate. Vegetal notes (coriander, tarragon), spicy (pepper, cardamom), honey.

Mouth: First on liquorice and then on anise that structure the whole, it leaves during the tasting appear notes of fennel, sagebrush, genepi, a more vegetal set, slightly bitter. At the end of the mouth appear notes of spices; cardamom then pepper that persist and participate in the aromatic persistence.
