MANA'O Ambré (43%)

MANA'O Ambré (43%)

Here is the "wise" version of fiery white rum. Made from pure cane juice of ancestral varieties cultivated on the trays of the peninsula of Tahiti and the island of Tahaa, it was then raised a year in barrels of Armagnac and lightning of cognac.

Tasting notes:

Color: straw yellow with golden reflections. The aromas of fresh cane have subtly evolved into honeyed notes, mixed with a light oakiness.

Nose: after aeration, the nose opens generously on jammy (citrus) fruit flavors.

Mouth Feel: a beautiful roundness, the mouth retains vivacity and bitterness while exhaling floral and fruity aromas with vanilla accents.

Final note: all in length is seductive, between freshness and woody.
