MANA'O Blanc (50%)

A rum of terroir, pure and natural. Made from pure cane juice of ancestral varieties grown on the trays of the peninsula of Tahiti and the island of Tahaa. Certified organic farming.

Tasting notes:

Color: limpid and crystalline.

Nose: beguiling. The cane in all its freshness, crunchy, green and divine, which gains in bitterness while being ate, stirring perfumes of white flowers, of lime, of truffle.

Mouth Feel: Sweet and sharp. The juice is sweet cane and white fruit, balanced with herbaceous notes, and a bitterness of bitter almond.

Final notes: dry and delicate.
