PATXARAN (25%)

The only patxaran (marketed) made in the French Basque Country. A liqueur much less sweet than its competitors, gustativement very fine. We create the anisette ourselves to control the rate of anise and sugar. This allows us to put the plum back at the heart of the product.

Nose: delicate, anise, spicy, cinnamon.

Palate: sweet attack, compounded fruit on the length enhanced by the power of alcohol. Nice balance with little sugar.
