Moonshine : This is an alcohol produced in the United States during Prohibition. Prohibition, at night, to escape the authorities.

Pop Corn, the distillery's new Moonshine, is made from a blend of 30% local maize and 70% French malted barley. It is then aged in new oak and Bourbon casks.

Tasting notes : Mellow and delicious, with notes of toasted and caramelised corn.

Moment : A pleasurable eau-de-vie to enjoy as an aperitif, neat or laid down, with or without ice.
