ST WENDELIN Le Principal (46,2%)

Malt brandy, from the assemblage of four barrels: cask new, cask of Pedro Ximenez, cask of bourbon and cask of red wine from Bordeaux. Aged 18 months in cellars, this bottle already demonstrates the full potential of the young distillery.

Tasting notes:

- Colour: pale gold, slightly silvery reflections.

- Nose: precious wood, pear in syrup, quince paste, small smoke.

- Mouth: round and gourmet, on sweet spices and pastry, with a light peat finish.

Serve and malt: wasabi grapefruit sorbet.
