VERTE DE CLERMONT (27,43%)

La Verte de Clermont is a Verbena liqueur produced by Maison Génestine. The plants used to make it grow on the heights of Clermont-Ferrand. Verbena plants are grown naturally, without chemicals. This liqueur is made from freshly picked leaves. So much so that maceration begins barely a quarter of an hour after picking. The water used for infusion is filtered to make it as pure as possible. A month later, the maceration liquid is mixed with wine alcohol. It is then reduced with water and sugar until the desired flavours are obtained. Bottling is then carried out without filtration. As you can see, Maison Génestine's Verte de Clermont is a verbena liqueur produced as naturally as possible.
