Les Brûleries Modernes

Les Brûleries Modernes is a range of French spirits made in Charente-Maritime. We offer quality spirits, designed off the beaten track and destined to fine wine shops, cocktail bars and restaurants.

Thanks to our traditional know-how in the production and distillation of Cognac, we are able to present Hold Up Gin: a distilled gin that looks and taste out-of-the-ordinary, Brigitte et Louise: two pineaux des Charentes, refreshing and feminine to mix in cocktails!  And very soon, our first French single malt distilled in our cognac pot stills!
