For 20 years, Léopold Croizet has been conducting his vineyard in organic farming. He distills, raises and bottles all his production at the estate. Coming from a long line of winemakers, Léopold and his wife Fanny perpetuate this family heritage and the commitment for a healthy and sustainable vineyard.

“We owe this work also to our forefathers, who knew how to participate in this culture of the healthy vineyard. We have inherited the know-how and heritage, we must preserve. We want to ensure the health of the vineyard and our production.
