Ouche Nanon

Since 2015, the Ouche Nanon distillery has been making artisanal and organic whiskeys in Berry, between Bourges and Nevers. The raw materials used mainly by organic cereal producers in Berry. We use two charentais stills, "la petite Bertha" of 400 liters and "Bertha la grande" of 1400 liters. These two direct-heated stills allow us to produce a full-bodied malt that has aged in bourbon barrels and in Loire and Burgundy wine casks, some of which are reburnt.
