SOLEIA NICE Orange Moderne (36%)

Made from Bigarades oranges, the main orange grove is located beneath the windows of Picasso's house in Golfe-Juan. This orange grove supplies orange blossom to the perfumeries of Grasse.

The ingredients are limited to oranges, sugar, and alcohol.

The flavor is dominated by bitter orange, where the natural flavor of the fruit prevails, yet is powerful, sweet, and enhanced with a hint of acidity. It has an alcohol content of 36%, and is ideal as a digestif and is also suitable for cocktails and spritzes.

It should be noted that the Baieta Spritz at the Negresco Hotel is made with Soleia Nice orange liqueur.
