This organic Alsace whisky is made from a mash of barley from our fields, brewed by the Perle Brewery in Strasbourg, distilled twice in our stills in Balbronn, and aged for three years in Alsatian winemaker's barrels in the family attic.

With a beautiful amber-mahogany color, this Alsace whisky is warm at first glance.

The nose develops notes of yellow fruits, candied grapes, and lovely spices.

The palate is almost sweet and offers robust cereal aromas supported by a subtle oakiness.

Our whisky complies with the Whisky d'Alsace specifications.
